Unique Language

Hi:
This may seem weird but i want my CPG to be displayed only in spanish, i selected spanish as the default language, but when the SERPs crawl my gallery they view it in their default language (english) and they index it obviously in english, i don't know if this can be done changing the character set to "default language file" i haven't changed it because it says that is not recommended, i really don't need my site in multiple languages because it's targeted only for the spanish speakers users.
