Problem: Display twice with Stramm codes

I don't know why when I use these Stramm's codes to show BB Code url or pic poster above or under pictures in my gallery

- Copy /Paste BB Code image url v1.1
- Image Link v1.0
- Pic Poster v1.0

I always have the same problem: all those things displayed twice for each single picture. Pls find one as an example here:

[ i m g   w i d t h = 8 0 0   h e i g h t = 5 1 0 ] http://www.novemberbabies.com/download/Snap2.jpg [ / i m g ]

This is for the Copy /Paste BB Code image url v1.1 only.
