Getting rid of menu items

Hi,

I wanted to post this in the Mods section, but it didn't let me create a topic (I'm assuming only admins can post mods already finished there).

Anyway, I was looking for a way to delete some of the menu items.
I don't want My Profile, Last Comments, Top Rated, and My Favorites.

How can I do this? I realise editing the language file would keep the "::" where they are.

I'm sorry, I found the solution via your search tool.

Sorry for being an unnecessary poster, and I hope my English is getting better (this is a very hard language to learn!).
