File(s) WILL NOT UPLOAD ... No matter what! - RED X DISPLAYED INSTEAD OF "OK!"

This happens to me a lot, and now I finally want it resolved lol. Whenever I'm uploading photos, for some reason .. one, or a few photos just WILL NOT upload. Instead of the "OK," "DP," "PB," or "NA" .. a RED X is displayed. And when I right-click and go to Show Picture (in IE), the same thing happens. When I try to do it again .. it does the same exact thing. And when I click on the Red X, nothing comes up but a "Page Cannot Be Displayed Error." The same EXACT thing happens when I try to manually add the picture with the "Upload File" thing. Can you guys PLEASE help me fix this? This is beginning to be a nuisance.

The file is fine !
maybe you have added too many files at the same time ,

I thought that was it. But I tried to add it by itself, and it still does the same thing. There are a number of photos in my gallery that were never added because of this problem...

change the method of resizing and re-upload those filse and see if it's making a difference...
