cant upload in the user mode

hy to all ! i hope u can help me i have read the whole documentation ! i don`t know what to do any more

my site is : www.pozemures.info

user : test
pass: test123

try to upload a picture as a user but in the public galeries (one of these : Fete Mures ,Baieti Mures , Cupluri Mures )

remember not in the user galleries ! in the public galleries !

i have attached a picture of the groups permisions ! tell me what to change if any !

You should allow to upload for visitors on each album under album properties
