XP Publish - Cant get it to work(server issue?)

Hi. I cant get my xp_publish to work.
When i try to upload images from the uploadwizard i get a message saying that it cant connect to internet, or the web service returned a site that is unvalid.

I've tried to connect with coppermine installations on other servers and they all work. So may it be that my ISP has blocked it or something?
