How to report broken-rule photo?

Hi guys,
I would like to know if there is some method to report illegal photo in gallery? I have some rules for pictures but people sometimes brakes these rules. Is there some way to report admin about illegal picture?
At this moment it's hard because some people send me emails, and for example I get: http://www.agrofoto.pl/gallery/last-uploads-pics-cat-0-pos-4.html
and when I visit gallery few hours later under this link I have valid picture. How can I easily get direct link to photo? or some other way to reporting pictures?

In Config, enable the report to admin setting.
