My coppermine web gallery contains many albums, and I've constantly creating new ones.

But I keep forgetting to enable the 'Visitors can upload files - Yes' option after I've created the album.

I only create albums to allow user uploads - can I tweak a configuration somewhere so that 'Yes' it selected by default?
