Can't playback movies in ie

My movies are yes for auto start and playback fine in Opera however I just realize that they do not play back in IE. Does anyone have any ideas.

Unfortunatley I can not because it is for a porn website  I have no idea how else to show you.... umm hold on let me check the preview side of it....ahh yes I can it is the same way for the members side as well.

Upgrade to 1.4.10 it's know issue for 1.4.9

THank you... However it was for the member side and you would not beable to view it. However I upgraded and it fixed everything.. Thank you for your help
