As this thread seems more likely to be a honeypot for flamethrowers is it not a better idea to just close it ?

I would keep the thread open, maybe its because of my twisted humour, but sometimes I think it's funny reading angry posts especially when the topic it is dealing with is trivial and not worth the hassle of getting annoyed.
