Coppermine critical error: Cannot connect to database

Hello. I am getting this error on my Gallery. I tried to go into the database in PhpMyAdmin and add the user to the database, and i did. I still get this error.

Anyone seen this or knows of the steps what I am supposed to do?

this is not a permission issue , Moving

It seems that you've installed this gallery with Fantastico and I think the username should be
poserpacks_copp1 instead of poserpac_copp1

Thank You. It was my mistake. I backup my entire gallery due to some issues with the web host provider, and when I re-installed it, I overwrite the ENTIRE GALLERY FOLDER with the old one. I wanted my old data back.
So instead I reinstalled the gallery from scratch, and then overwrite the Themes and Albums Folders ONLY, and deleted the database tables and restored my old ones.

That worked perfectly.
