Due to problems with a friends current host I am currently hosting his site via a redirect to a subdomain on mine.

My site is http://www.windsurf.me.uk/

with the gallery at

http://www.windsurf.me.uk/Gallerypage.html

and his site is

http://brogboroughlake.windsurf.me.uk/index.html

with the gallery at

http://brogboroughlake.windsurf.me.uk/gallery.htm

I am using coppermine for my gallery and displaying it in an iFrame. I am also doing the same on his gallery but due to having only one database with my host, am having to set up a folder on mine that is the default opened iFrame on his.

I would like to hide all my galleries from his site and his from mine is there any way of esilly doing this?
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Not sure how iframes and databases interact. You can set up as many coppermine installs on one database, as long as the table prefixes differ.

Set up a seperate coppermine install for your friend on your server, in another folder, with another prefix for the tables (to be entered during install).

Thanks for that. I didn't realise I could change the prefixes. I've just done the install on my testing server and all works fine.
