website address/coppermine question

I am interested in purchasing the website louisegrant.com.  However, when I go to this website, it redirects me to louisegrant.com/coppermine.  Can someone explain how this works and how I might get in touch with the person who owns louisegrant.com?  There are no pictures in this person's album and no way to contact them through louisegrant.com/coppermine.  Thanks for any help you can give me with this question.

There are severals ways to redirect - none of them is related to coppermine. If you owned the domain, you would be able to edit or remove the redirect. Please review "I see a "Powered by Coppermine" in the footer - isn't it your site?".
