Downloading plugins

Is there a location to download plugins?
I found the package with lots of them, but thought I saw more plugins in different threads around here.

you should download them one by one from this board:

and just for your info , if you want to use copper_ad plugin that comes with plugin pack you need to rename folder to copper_ad instead of copper_adv_124 and then install it
