I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine 1.4.9 and vbulletin 3.6.0:
Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to UDB database !

MySQL said:

Coppermine install: http://www.teensideout.com/gallery
Forum install: http://www.teensideout.com
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.9
Forum version: vBulletin 3.6.0
Test user account: unable to make an account

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.teensideout.com
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../
Use post-based groups?:  0

I've also tried it with the latest version of the vb bridge file from http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/coppermine/trunk/stable/bridge/vbulletin30.inc.php?revision=3275 but the same problem shows up.

Any help??

Sami

Test user account: unable to make an account
You create the test user account in your BBS app, not within coppermine, so you should be able to create that test user account no matter what. However, as Sami pointed out: there's no actual bridge file available for your vb version. Try to accomplish the hack Sami refered to and see if this helps.

OK, I created a test account

Username: cpg
Password: test

Yep, It was due to VBSEO.
The Gallery is working now, but I had to disable VBSEO. :(

So the bridge that comes with coppermine works with vb3.6? Did you have to apply the hack mentioned on the other thread? Please advice (for the benefit of others).

Yes the bridge that comes with Coppermine 1.4.9 works with vBulletin 3.6.

The only problem is the compability with VBSEO.

I'm having trouble bridging 1.4.9 and 3.6.3.

I fill out the fields, enable, and it takes me to the gallery homepage, not logged in.  I click login, it takes me to my forum, but I'm already logged in there.  I tried logging out and logging in again, but that didn't work either.  Any help?

Don't try to hijack solved threads. Start your own thread, doing as suggested in the sticky thread "When requesting bridge support - mandatory!". Locking.
