Cross Domain Bridging question

I have coppermine 1.4.9 installed here:

I have full control over it - ie database + file access etc.

I want to bridge to this phpbb on a different domain , here:
http://lotuscortina.7.forumer.com/index.php

I do not have any database or file access to this forum (though I do have admin login to the forum) , as the forum is provided and hosted by http://www.forumer.com/

My question is is it possible to bridge the two?
