Trying to bridge cpg 1.4.10 to phpbb2.0.21 CAN'T see path :(

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine 1.4.10 and phpbb 2.0.21:
here's the error message
    * ../ourphpbb2/config.php doesn't exist. Correct the value you entered for Relative path to your BBS's config file

Forum install: http://biofuels-council.dhdist.com/ourphp2bb/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.10
Forum version: phpbb 2.0.21
Test user account: test/testy

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://biofuels-council.dhdist.com/ourphp2bb
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../ourphp2bb/
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name: phpbb2mysql

I don't understand why it keeps saying the path doesn't exist. it's very frustrating.

The correct path would be ../ourphpBB2/
