Coppermine albums folder

after i uploaded the coppermine folder to my website, i created a link to coppermine albums folder, but when i click the link, it shows the folder for a matter of 2 secs and then gives me coppermine photo gallery Copyright page.
Is that normal ??

it keeps going to a copyright site or just shows html page or something.

ok, i contacted my wesbite host and i have been told that they dont allow database uploading to the page. " i am mad, since i have been told i could" . My question is can i create a profile with coppermine for my visitors to create their own galleries and upload pics or videos and just link it to my page ??
What would be more recomended ? Doing this or simply find another hosting that will allow database ??
If  you guys think i should cancell my account with Homestead, please can someone help me on which company will be better fit for my needs??

@Luis: Coppermine is not meant for you. All questions you ask from now on that already are being answered in the docs will not get answered at all.
