Spam on Coppermine

Hi,

i get several spam messages on coppermine.
i have a gallery for a friend-site and get several spam-messages for photo's.

on another site i don't get these messages.
how is this possible?

how could i deny them?
i have blocked the ip, but it's a spoofed ip.
