Is there a way... comments without user account?

Is there a way in 1.4.10 to allow comments without allowing anyone to sign up for a user account for the system?  in other words essentially annonymous comments?    I didn't seem to find an option under config and comments settings.

btw.. Thank you to the dev's that put up with me with my Mp3 questions in the upload section. Problem solved and I love the upgrade! keep up the great work

Reply to the original MP3 thread to report it as solved. One issue per thread!

"Guests" is just another group, so you set comments permissions on the groups page. This is being covered in the docs. Please read the docs before asking questions.

sorry, old board habbits die slowly.. didn't mean to double post and just meant to say Thank you.. You can kill both of my threads if you wish completely from the board and I promise to read the documentation before I ask any questions again. best regards

We don't delete threads - the whole purpose of a support board is that threads remain as reference for the benefit of others.
