Files disappearing!

I have some really weird problem here. Two days ago I installed coppermine. Fine, everythign was running fine.
Then I noticed my FTP said s few files were "0 kb", for example keyword.php, login.php, scripts.js, reviewcom.php and mroe. SO I uploaded the files again and everything was ok. Then I went to bed, to day I come online to continue batch adding files, but it gives me some kind or error, the "searchnew.php", so I go to my FTP and I see that searchnew.php IS uploaded, but it says that the size is 0KB! Even though I know that just a couple of hours earlier all the files were there in their orignial size!

What can I do? I dont' wanna upload the files everyday. Why is itdoing this?  :'(

Ask your host. Coppermine doesn't do that all by itself.
