Batch Upload problems

Hi
When I try to batch upload (via FTP ) everything seem to be ok but when it comes to storing or creating thumbnails, this is what I get " click for details or to reload " when clicked => " Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image. ".
I tried setup my thumbnails to: 100% width
                                        :  80% in jpg compresion
                                        : 150 => 200 aspect ratio thumbnails.

What am I doing wrong? you can visit my site : www.misscg.com  register and test it out coz right now I'm stuck.
when I tested on the localhost(localserver) everything works like magic but when I uploaded to live site and bridge with SMF, I ran into this problem.
Please help!

anyway problem sovled I forgot to CHMOD the FTP folder.
