my very odd question.

i really like coppermine and i been using it in some web sites.

now i have a blogger blog and i wonder if its possible to use coppermine at all in blogger and if so where i can find the how's because i been killing myself in the last 2 days trying to find the answer.

I don't think so. What you would need to do is get webhosting that meets the requirements for hosting Coppermine. You can read the requirements in the docs, and there are a couple of threads on webhosting, free and paid.
