Uploaded photos with wrong filenames

I have tried the debug settings but I can't fine any problem in it.

When I upload a photo it is shown fine until it is it get displayed in the album...  The uploaded file look like this:  MCG_Fællestur_-_Helnæs_003.jpg

I have reinstalled the Gallery completely but I have still the problem.  I know the fix is to not use the danish special char.  I use UTF8 on the gallery.

How can I test to find where the problem is??
