Did you check the manual? - http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#editCopyrights

If you want to place it somewhere else in your gallery, you'll have to use css styling to do it.
Did you read the manual first???? Taking 2 minutes to backup your files can save you hours of wondering what you screwed up.
