I am getting this message when trying to upload pics, can anyone help?

Failed to create directory albums/userpics/10003 !

Please read the sticky first , it said:

CHECK YOUR PERMISSIONS ON THE /ALBUMS, /ALBUMS/USERPICS, AND /ALBUMS/EDIT DIRECTORIES.  ALL SHOULD BE 777 OR 755
