Bridging to vbulletin and nucleus $25-50

Hi, I need someone to bridge a freshly installed coppermine with vbulletin. The accounts will be from vbulletin. I need the person to:

1. Install coppermine
2. Bridge it (member accounts from vbulletin)
3. when a member logs in they login both coppermine and vbulletin
4. Design it and make a "random image block" for my frontpage
5. A login box that can be placed anywhere
