Cannot get to myadmin/config panel

I believe some outsider has come in and done something??  Over this last week I have had numerous comments added on photos from newly registered users that inlcude there own advertising junk.  I have since deleted these comments everyday.  Now for some reason I am unable to log in and do anything.  After I log in it's as though I have not logged in and come to the home page screen again.  I am unable to upload, delete, etc. and do any admin features.  Can someone help me out??
