I would like to customize how my text appears in the description box, as well as add a few external links within a table using HTML. How do I incorporate this into the gallery?

What table?

Post more details for more detailed answers. Usually, posting a link will help. Attaching a screenshot to your posting with the particular section you want to see changed highlighted often helps as well.
