Mising files in installation

I just downloaded the cpg1410,
unpacked it and uploaded it to the server
When running the install.php it sais that there is no sql folder.
I have checked the zip file and there in none there, so I crate a filder called sql and the installation goes another step
then it needs a file, gets this error:

The file 'sql/schema.sql' could not be found. Check that you have uploaded all Coppermine files to your server

Anyone got a clue to what has happend here?

Come to notice that I hadn't checked the zip file but the unzipped folder..

It did not unzip all the files.... strange.. trying again.
