Upload Problems

My members try to upload files and they get this message,

Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files


What does that mean and how do i fix it. mind you im not a programmer.

No need to be a programmer, but you do need to properly configure your gallery using the Admin account.  This has been answered before.  Have you started here and also searched using your error message?

Happens if you allow public uploads and don't specify which albums users are suppossed to be allowed to upload to. Happens as well if you allow personal galleries and users don't create an album inside their personal album in the first place. Do as suggested: read the documentation (entirely, not only the upload troubleshooting section). Your question is being covered there in detail.
