I enabled Logging, but it is not creating logs. What am I doing wrong?

In the configuration section, I turned on the logging feature.  But when I ask for reports, it tells me that 'No Logs Were Created".  Did I do something wrong?  How do I get this feature to work?

Make sure that the logs folder is writtable for the script (in terms of file/folder permissions).
