Hi,

Notify admin of user registration by email does not work in PHP5
It works fine in PHP4. But It does not work when I update my php4 to php5.

Should work as well in PHP5 - you may need to configure your server accordingly. This is not a coppermine issue in the first place, but a matter of webserver setup. Self-hosting is not recommended anyway. Not related to permissions, moving thread accordingly.
