This simple plugin adds an announcement block to the "Upload file" page refering to the XP Web Publishing Wizard Client for members of your gallery.

Languages included: English, German

The announcement can be easily modified to fit anyone's needs.
Attached to this post italian translation, simply unzip and add to /lang directory of the plygin.
