Circumvent album list on subpages. Most recent thumbnails only main page

Hello, is there a setting so when there is only one album in a category the link from the main page will automatically jump into the album instead of going to the album list page?

Also is there a way to have most recent thumbs listed on the main index page but not on sub pages?

Not a single toggle in coppermine's config. You'll have to edit the core code to accomplish this.
