This looks silly and does not help.

Also try to search the board for help, most questions have been answered before by other users with similar problems.

mySQL account data can't be guessed nor retrieved from somewhere else - you need to know them. Ask your webhost for support - there's no use in us looking into this, since we can't work wonders.
Don't confuse mySQL account data and the login data of your coppermine admin account - those are two entirely different animals.
