Coppermine install: http://www.digitalscrapbookingclasses.com/gallery
Forum install: http://www.digitalscrapbookingclasses.com/fourms
Coppermine version: 1.4.10
Forum version: phpBB 2.0.22
Test user account/password: test / tester

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.digitalscrapbookingclasses.com/fourms
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../forums/
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx: phpbb2mysql

Had both the forums and gallery working well.  Bridged them and things worked fine.  I can login through the forums and stay logged in when switching to the gallery.  But I get error 404 when I try to log out of login through the gallery.

Fix this if you actually have entered the forum URL wrong in your bridge manager
