Can't open file: 'cpg149_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)

Hi super exelent coppermine support 
First of let me get this of my chest, yes im a noob, so don´t hate me.

Well on to the problem.
My Coppermine version: 1.4.9 has worked fine for some months now.
But when I now open the page I recive the following error message.

Error message:
While executing query "delete from `joomla`.cpg149_sessions where time<1172687269 and remember=0;" on Resource id #6

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'cpg149_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)

So my past experience told me to do a repear on cpg149_sessions
So I go in to PHPmyAdmin, but there i recive this error message.

SQL query:

SHOW COLUMNS FROM `cpg149_sessions` FROM `joomla`
MySQL said: 

#1016 - Can't open file: 'cpg149_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)

so now I don´t know what to do.

Can you please help me?

You guys are the best, it worked! 

And thank you for writing the syntax. I did not see it first, so I was poking around in the help file. The example syntax was realy confusing .
But when I saw your code it all made sence.
