Private group and upload only?

Is it possible to have a group that is private and to have them only be able to upload pictures?

This may sound like a strange request but I run a Class Reunion business.  Having this ability would allow the alumni to have a better way to upload their pictures to us, instead of attaching them to an e-mail.  But I don't think they would want everyone able to download these pictures either.  I don't think CPG has the ability, not the idea it was made for, but I'd thought I'd see if there was a way to include this in my regular CPG area.
