I have been using the 1.4.x system for a while now, however I am continually getting attacked by spambots who register for an account and then begin comment flooding. I have turned on admin activation of accounts, limited the lines and max length of comments, but somehow they are still getting around. What can I do to solve this problem?

Search the board for comment spam. There are several options available.
