User Gallery Issue (help)

I am going to try and explain this, because I do not quite understand it. I have User Gallery (which I know I can not delete-I read wiki). Posting this was my last resort, but I have been at this for hours and I am frustrated and don't want to give up on this great product. The problem is, that it says it will not show (docs/faq regarding User Gallery) if there aren't any albums in it. Well, it says there is an album in it, yet when I go in as Admin, there are no albums in it. On the home page it says 1 album in User Gallery, yet in admin there aren't any? Anyone know what this issue is? Is it operator malfunction?  Oh, the website is:
