Вам нужно в файле php.ini

• или изменить путь для переменной:
  upload_tmp_dir =
  на что-то вроде этого:
  upload_tmp_dir =/var/www/vhosts/schu.ua/tmp
  понятное дело, что директорию нужно создать и дать права 777
• или добавить в переменную:
  open_basedir =
  путь до временной директори /tmp
  что-то вроде этого:
  open_basedir ="/var/www/vhosts/schu.ua/;/tmp/"
