Album Upload Permissions

Hi

I've searched the forums and can't find what I'm looking for, so I'm posting it here.

Basically, I've setup albums for Staff Photos, Member Photos and other general albums.

I have myself as Admin and have setup the following groups:  Site Staff and Registered.

What I'm hoping to achieve, if possible, is to allow only Admins and Site Staff to upload to the Staff Photos album, but have it viewable by everyone, and Registered users able to upload to other albums, but not Staff Photos.

Am I missing an obvious point and is it possible to do this?
