Users can't access albums !

Hello !
I am using a Coppermine Photo Album, and created an categorie, with sub-categories/albums/I don't know.
Yet users can't accesse these categories !
They can only post in their own user galleries
Can someone help ?

Allow public uploads on the groups page, then go to album properties and set visitors can upload = yes.

I mean for users to be allowed to upload.
