Installation Problems...

i installed latest PHP....mysql 5.0.  I already created a database for Coppermine.  When i goto http://10.1.0.250/coppermine/install.php, it just sits there and nothing happens.  no errors, no nothing.  i'm running this on a 2003 server with IIS.  I added write access to the include and albums folders too. 

i have no idea whats preventing it from installing.

Does a simple phpinfo() page work?

hmmm...doesn't look to be working.....i just went to http://10.1.0.250/coppermine/phpinfo.php.  damn....i never had a problem with php before.

and see if it works.

nope still not working.  i don't understand this.  i have it running on other servers but not this new one.  i can't get it to run....

well i just got it to work.  i found some post here about installing it manually in only 5 steps.  it didn't work at first but after i rebooted it worked.  i rebooted a ton of times after installer install.  who knows.....
