I hope I have this in the correct forum.

OK, I've created my dbase and user
Downloaded the cpg1410 zip file, un'zipped' it then uploaded it.
ALL WORKS FINE to this point.

Realizing that I forgot to change the folder name, deleted everything (files, dbase, etc..) and started over
Renamed the folder from cpg1410 to gallery
After going through and changing instances pointing to cpg1410 in all the files to point to gallery
Uploaded the gallery folder
Once I iron out all the errors, I finally get a login page.

Problem is that none of the themes seem to work, it's simply a straight white background with black text.
If I go in to config and change the theme, only a partial change takes place (e.g..fruity gives me some green yellow and orange, hardwired gives me a couple of buttons).

What am I doing wrong in this process?

I got it (guess I just need more coffee DUH I'm a bonehead sometimes)

Good news for you. One tip: always include your solution to the problem you reported. It might help others with their problems they have with CPG.
