Storage of images directly in categories

I want to store images directly in categories and subcategories without use of personal or public albums. Whether there is such modification or hack for Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.2.1? As an example it is possible to take gallery 4Images v.1.7, www.4homepages.de . See example site: www.4images.de or http://www.herrma.com/4images/index.php

This is not possible and AFAIK there is no mod available to do this in Coppermine.
