Hello this it is the problem that we have now, when attempt to publish a photo, everything works well, even:

¡El directorio destino albums/userpics/10001/ no tiene permisos de escritura!



I do not understand because since installs the gallery worked well and has the permissions, this to it happens as much as administrator as usuary,

The error message means that you haven't applied permissions as suggested in the docs. Please read the docs now.
