add new title here - Home page edits

I followed the instructions on how to change the Home page title as per http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=37685.0 and it's done wanted I wanted apart from I cannot seem to find how to change the "add new title here" to show the title I want.

I realise you can do it via the Config but I don't want to display the title within the page just on the Title tag itself.
