getting an x when tryin to batch add

I am sure that the answer is on this forum somewhere but I cant work it out for the life of me!  I do the batch add, the pics appear then when i try and insert i just get red crosses - please can someone help?

It's a bad idea to give out your admin details. Hopefully on of the admins will edit your post

Check your permissions for the albums folder where you also have a mandatory folder missing

Phil's advice is right to the point. The error message you get when http uploading (the recommended way for upload troubleshooting) shows the error message

Impossible to move Beispiel.jpg to albums/userpics/10001/ !

Apply permissions as suggested in the docs. For further help, do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.

Do not post admin accounts on public boards. Change your admin password asap.
